Real Estate

With nearly nine years as a licensed real estate professional, I identified an opportunity to create a platform that caters to agents, teams, and out-of-state brokerages seeking autonomy and flexibility. As a broker of record, I provide the compliance oversight necessary for these professionals to build their businesses or expand into the Florida market. This role allows me to support innovative agents, teams, and external brokerages, fostering an environment where they can operate independently and thrive.

Project Management

As Senior Project Manager at AccuScience Labs, a cannabis testing laboratory, I ensured the accurate and timely processing of all samples, delivering error-free reports and CoAs to clients. I developed Lab Phorms, an electronic chain of custody and sample intake system that allowed clients to submit samples online. I maintained a hands-on role, frequently visiting hemp farms and MMTCs, working directly with clients. 

Laboratory Analysis

As a laboratory analyst, I performed comprehensive testing on environmental samples, including soil and water, using GC-MS, GC-PID, and GC-FID for volatile compound analysis. I frequently led Department of Defense projects, consistently delivering precise, high-quality data. My role also encompassed instrument calibration and routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
